At Avontuura, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether it is a fit issue or a change of heart, our goal is to make your exchange or refund process as effortless as your style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original shipping bag or a durable alternative.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
